Scheduling an order for a launch, drop or stream

Updated 20 September 2026 · prices read from the live catalogue at build time

How to have followers, views or live viewers arrive at the moment people are actually looking — paid now, delivered when you say.

Why timing matters

A release that gains 5,000 plays the week before anyone knows it exists helps nobody. The same 5,000 in the 48 hours after release is early motion the algorithm can act on. Live viewers at 3am help nobody; the same viewers during your stream put it on the category page.

How scheduling works here

  1. Choose the service and package as normal.
  2. Tick Schedule at checkout and pick the date and time.
  3. Pay. The order is held with a status of Pending and a visible start time.
  4. At the moment you chose it submits for delivery, then paces from there.

A scheduled order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it submits. Combine it with drip-feed to have, say, a release's plays land in daily runs across its first week.

Live viewers

Viewer sessions are the one thing that must be timed: they are sold by minutes on stream, and a session that runs while you are offline delivers nothing. Schedule them to start a few minutes after you go live, and pair them with a follower order placed earlier so the channel reads as established.

Gift orders work the same way: pay now, and the recipient claims it with a link — no account needed on their side.

Quick answers

Do I need an account to order or track an order?

No. Guest checkout works, and the Track page looks an order up with just its order ID.

Is every order a one-time payment?

Yes. Nothing recurs unless you deliberately turn on Autopilot for a service, and that can be cancelled at any time.

Do you ever need my password?

Never. A public link is the only thing any order needs, and nobody from support will ask you for a code.
