The rules, in full
- Your friend's 5% applies to their first order only; your 10% applies to your next order after theirs completes.
- There is no cap on how many people you refer, and each one earns you a separate 10%.
- Loyalty tiers are based on the total value of your completed orders, and are recalculated after every one.
- Free orders sent by support don't count toward a loyalty tier — only orders you actually paid for.
- Discounts apply to the catalogue price at checkout. The site caps the total discount on any single order, so very large combinations are trimmed rather than silently ignored.

When a refund applies
Request it within 24 hours of placing the order. Either of these qualifies:
- The order has not started delivering.
- Delivery started, but the amount actually delivered falls short of what you paid for once our standard delivery window has passed.
What does not qualify:
- Requests made more than 24 hours after the order was placed.
- Orders that have fully delivered as described.
- Orders affected by you changing the target link or username, making the account private, or deleting the content after ordering.
- Engagement removed by the platform's own enforcement after a successful delivery — that is outside our control.

Which services carry a refill
A refill means that if delivered numbers drop within the stated window, we top them back up. Only these services carry one — it is not a blanket promise:

Every other service is delivered without a refill term, and its package card says so by not listing one. If a service you want needs a refill to be worth it, ask the assistant first — it will tell you plainly.

How an order works
You pick a platform, a service and a package. You paste a public link — a profile, a post, a video or a track — or, on TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, X and Telegram, pick the post from your own feed inside the site. You pay by card or crypto. Delivery starts within an hour and completes gradually so the growth reads as normal, and your order ID lets you follow it without an account.
Who does the delivery
Orders are fulfilled through an established supplier network of real accounts, connected to this site by API — the same infrastructure behind most of the reputable services in this category. We don't run bot loops, and we don't hold your login: every order goes out with a public link and nothing else.
Payments
Cards — Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Apple Pay — are processed by Ziina, a UAE-licensed payment provider; we never see or store card details. Crypto is accepted through NOWPayments. You can also keep a wallet balance for instant repeat orders. Prices are shown in your currency, but charged in USD.
Support
The assistant bottom-right answers instantly, around the clock, from the same pricing and policies you see here. Anything it can't settle goes to a real person by ticket, and a real person replies by email — usually within a day. Refund requests go through the same ticket with your order ID.

What checkout asks for
- ✓A public link. Your profile URL, or the URL of a public post, video or track — whichever the service applies to.
- ✓An email address — optional. Give one and the order ID and receipt are emailed to you; skip it and the order ID on screen is all you need to track it.
- ✓Payment. Card or Apple Pay through Ziina's own encrypted checkout, or your wallet balance if you keep one topped up.
What we never ask for
- ✕Your password. Not at checkout, not in support, not ever. There is no field for it anywhere on this site.
- ✕Account access. No OAuth prompt, no "connect your account", no app install and no browser extension.
- ✕Two-factor codes. Nobody legitimate needs one from you. If anyone claiming to be us asks, it isn't us.

Why it doesn't all arrive at once
