Why counts drop
Platforms remove accounts, people unfollow, videos get re-uploaded. Any follower or subscriber count moves after delivery, bought or not. A refill window is the period during which the seller will top a shortfall back up to what you ordered.
How to read ours
The window is written on the service itself — Refill 30 Days, for example — and shown on the package before you pay. Inside that window, if your count is below the ordered amount, tell support with the order ID and we ask the network to refill. Outside it, drift is normal wear and not covered. Views and plays generally do not carry refill cover, because a view cannot be "un-viewed"; followers and subscribers generally do.

Tier matters here. Higher tiers use accounts that hold their count better, which is most of what you are paying extra for. If retention is the thing you care about, buy the tier, not the bigger package.
Quick answers
Do I need an account to order or track an order?
No. Guest checkout works, and the Track page looks an order up with just its order ID.
Is every order a one-time payment?
Yes. Nothing recurs unless you deliberately turn on Autopilot for a service, and that can be cancelled at any time.
Do you ever need my password?
Never. A public link is the only thing any order needs, and nobody from support will ask you for a code.
