What an order needs
A public link. A profile URL, a post URL, a video URL, a track URL. That is the whole input — the same link anyone can open. Followers, likes, views and viewers are delivered to a public thing, and nothing about that requires being inside your account.
What it never needs
- Your password, or a one-time code.
- An OAuth grant, a "connect your account" step, or an API token.
- Your email login, your phone number, or access to your DMs.
A seller asking for any of these is either doing something the platform would ban you for, or collecting logins. There is no third option.
How we are built
There is no password field for any platform anywhere on this site — the only passwords we ever handle are the ones for your followers.io account itself, which is optional (guest checkout works). Orders are placed by our own systems against the public link you gave, and the delivery network never receives anything else. The Guarantee spells this out, and nobody from support will ever ask you for a code.
The one honest caveat. Not needing your login removes the risk that is ours to remove. No seller can promise how a platform will treat any account over time, and we won't pretend to. Paced delivery and no account access are the two things that actually reduce risk; everything else is marketing.
Quick answers
Do I need an account to order or track an order?
No. Guest checkout works, and the Track page looks an order up with just its order ID.
Is every order a one-time payment?
Yes. Nothing recurs unless you deliberately turn on Autopilot for a service, and that can be cancelled at any time.
Do you ever need my password?
Never. A public link is the only thing any order needs, and nobody from support will ask you for a code.
