Minute zero: payment confirmed
Card and Apple Pay payments go through Ziina; crypto goes through NOWPayments; wallet payments debit your balance. The moment a payment is confirmed the order is written to your account with a status of Pending and an order ID. That ID is all you ever need to track it — the Track page works without logging in.
Within the hour: submitted for delivery
The order is submitted to the delivery network automatically, usually within an hour. We choose which service on that network it goes to — that is what the quality tier decides — and we set the pace. If you scheduled a start time, this step waits for it. If the network refuses the order (it happens; a link can be private, a service can be briefly unavailable), the order is marked failed, you are told, and a wallet-paid order is refunded to your balance automatically.
Hours to days: paced delivery
Once accepted, the status moves to In progress and the count starts climbing. A standard order is spread over roughly 48 hours. A drip-fed order runs in the timed batches you chose — say five runs, a day apart. We send a few percent over the package number so a normal shortfall still finishes at or above what you paid for. Our cron checks progress every five minutes and updates your order with what the network reports.
Done — and the refill window
When the network reports the order complete, the status becomes Completed and you get an email. Services that carry refill cover state the window on the package; inside it, a count that slips back is topped up on request.
What we can and can't see. We see what the network reports back for your order: accepted, in progress, remaining, complete. We do not see the individual accounts it uses, and we do not pretend to. What you can check directly is the number on your profile or post — before and after.
If something goes wrong
Two triggers, written into the Guarantee: the order never starts, or the delivered amount is short once the delivery window has passed. Contact support with the order ID within 24 hours and a person reviews it. Approved refunds are credited as wallet balance you can spend on anything on the site.
Quick answers
Do I need an account to order or track an order?
No. Guest checkout works, and the Track page looks an order up with just its order ID.
Is every order a one-time payment?
Yes. Nothing recurs unless you deliberately turn on Autopilot for a service, and that can be cancelled at any time.
Do you ever need my password?
Never. A public link is the only thing any order needs, and nobody from support will ask you for a code.
