Why your account has to be public, and other things that stop delivery

The handful of practical reasons an order cannot be delivered, and how to check before you pay rather than after.

Private accounts cannot receive delivery

This is the single most common reason an order stalls. Delivery works by real accounts interacting with a public profile or post. If the account is private, nothing can reach it. Switch to public before ordering, and stay public until delivery finishes.

The link has to point at the right thing

A followers order needs the profile. A views or likes order needs the specific post. Sending a profile link for a post order is the second most common reason something does not arrive, and it is silent — the order looks placed and nothing happens.

Region and age restrictions

Some posts are restricted by region or marked for a limited audience. Those restrictions apply to delivery too. If a post is not visible to everyone, it cannot receive engagement from everyone.

Deleting or editing mid-delivery

If a post is removed or made private while an order is running, the rest of that order has nowhere to go. Most of the time it cannot be recovered, because the delivery was already in flight.

How to check first

Open your profile in a private browser window, logged out. If you can see the post you are about to order for, so can the delivery. If you cannot, fix that before paying.
